About

I write because that is who I am.

A writer.

There is something interesting about writing; it often needs to be shared, but rarely does it need to be read.

This is where I have chosen to share.

Slowly disappearing.

I have noticed something very interesting as I age. It is as though I am slowly disappearing from the forefront of society’s brain.

As my hair greys, my smile lines deepen, and my body changes, I am often dismissed, and my experience is rarely sought after.

For the most part, women seem to disappear in society when they are no longer young and beautiful or their motherly duties have passed. I never had children and am middle-aged, so I basically don’t exist in society. Like everything, there is an upside and a downside.

And so, while becoming incognito in the world, I have decided to live a fabulous life.

Being Indelible.

Indelible. Making marks that cannot be removed.

This is all of life, isn’t it?

You can’t change the past. It is impossible to modify what you’ve done or not done. The only thing you can impact is the future while you leverage all the lessons you’ve learned along the way.

The amazing thing is, you get to choose.
